another baby boy! chris & rini have an adorable baby boy, and his name is brodi. welcome to the world lil' guy, lil' bro :)
Wouldn't it be nice if we could check references on anyone we wanted to? The other night at the restaurant, the gals & I were talking about customers, people, and life in general. We talked about how when something negative happens to someone, we tend to be compassionate, then forget and are rude to the next person who is being rude to us because they are having a bad day, or life. That attitude reflects, just like a mirror....happens everyday, everywhere.
Temporary employment sucks, for some...for others it can be a blessing in disguise. Some people are lucky to find a direct hire position within a company that they are on a temporary assignment for, others not.
it has been...my co-worker~musician~pal Chris & his wife Rini are having their baby today! She went into labor around 2:30 am, and we still have not heard word from the bird. If the baby is a girl, Charlize & a boy, Brodi. Unique names, sweet...keepn' posted!
...stop eating & slackin' on the pilates! It's funny how some of us tend to be lax in the winter, and get comfortable eating more, not exercising as much, it's cold, we wear sweaters & clothes that keep us warm...well, depends on where you live, of course. I belong in a warmer climate, like the Caribbean, it's in my blood...not a fan of the winter....nooooo! Can't wait to be a beach bumette!
I was working late the other eve, on Thursday & checked my messages like around 9pm. My friend Christine, enie-beanie called to let me know that she is having a baby boy!! I was freakin' out, left her a message and when we talked the next morning we were laughing at the message I left. His name is going to be Jack Matthew, which is also the name of her great grandfather & Justin's grandfather...what a cute name, what a cute baby he will be! Yaayyyyy for beanie's baby, see you soon like in June lil' dude :)
The 48th annual one. U2 is just extraordinary, always has been, always will be. Go Kelly Clarkson, she has come a long way! She has some kick ash song's, like Walk Away, Because of You & Since You Been Gone. Her appreciation, and feeling's of gratitude last night were sincere. I'm not a fan of country music, but Keith Urban is some real nice eye candy...he's with Nicole Kidman, what's that about? The performance with Sly Stone, his 'ol band the Family Stone with Steve Tyler was nice...except for when Sly freaked a lil', walked off stage but everyone kept marching on, just like entertainment. I really enjoyed the duet with Jay-Z and Chester Bennington. It was sweeeet...so was Jay-Z's John Lennon shirt, digged that. When Paul McCartney came out from backstage singing 'Yesterday' with Bennington I was overjoyed! It could of went without the extra huh-huh's from Jay-Z though. Otherwise with all the slideshow pictures of people, and events...and McCartney singing, it was really nice, bravo!
I've finally started writing my first story. I can probably write many. I'm excited about putting my creative writing to work where I can share my thoughts and experiences.
