The Briars

I would like to introduce The Briars' Restaurant. My dad & his partner have owned it for about 20 years. I have worked there for the past 10, part-time & full-time like when I was in college.....and between jobs. I do not invest too much time at the restaurant like I used to, because I work in midtown during the week. My brother & I will go in to work at the restaurant occassionally, like weekends or holidays. He is an awesome chef, like my dad & I host, wait, or tend bar, just helping dad out.

I must add that this is absolutely the best restaurant ever in Westchester County, NY or in New York for that matter or actually even nationwide, no really...even overseas......well, let's just say this is a top-shelf restaurant with the bestest food ever!
I know what good food is all about, I grew up around it....and The Briars? Silly question...just ask anyone who's been there!
