Vaca

is here, so psyched....this is a long awaited & deserved vacation! I always said that I wanted to go island hopping in Greece with friends but never really planned for it. I haven't been there in like 5 years, and have family & friends I can't wait to see and spend time with.

Earlier this year when my cousin Eleni mentioned she was going this summer I told her I was too, she didn't believe me because every summer for the past 3 years I've been saying that I'm going....well, I am and 3 friends are meeting up with us next week....this is going to be awesome! I will have some great stories pics to share ~ Yiasou!

memory stick

for about 3 days i was going bonkers about getting another memory stick for my cam. on sunday i went to circuit city, saw that they had a 'pro' version, asked the customer service peoples about purchasing one for my camera, they tell me that it won't work in my camera & that the memory stick i have, 128 mb has been discontinued. they also said that i should call sony or go to the new sony store in the westchester...me thinking ok, this is their job, they must know what they are talking about, go for it. the next morning, now monday, i call the sony store, the guy i spoke with told me that the pro definitely works for my camera. ok, i'm happy. i go there after work. to no avail the sony staff, about 3 guys tell me that it doesn't work, i'm like what-the-fah?! i proceeded to let them know that i called this morning, but b/c i did not ask who i was speaking with...anyways, i go to best buy, not my fave store...was told the same thing! almost convinced & persuaded to buy a new cam but i wanted to research this on my own. didn't have a chance to do that just yet so yesterday am, now tuesday i ask my friend & cohort about this and he shrugs and says why wouldn't the pro stick work?! he pulls up this site, imaging-resources and walah! i can use this pro memory stick afterall....we go to comp usa, not there then to another best buy and chris said don't even ask, just buy. these punks lied to me all along...i should know better. so i am overjoyed with my 1gb, thank you chris. now i can take lots of pics on my trip!!

Road to Success...

The road to Success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family.
